Christmas Village

A whole town in miniature. The core of the village is its houses — porcelain cottages, snowy LED houses that glow from inside, gingerbread houses in pink and pastel — all scaled to stand together on a mantel, a sideboard or under the tree. Sleighs and a light-up musical train give the streets their traffic; miniature trees fill the corners between buildings.

Most villages start with two or three houses and grow a building at a time, year after year. Group pieces at varied heights, let the lit houses carry the scene after dark, and keep room for the figures still to come. Small porcelain houses start a shelf; the larger sleighs anchor a full town.
