Shipping

Orders ship from our showroom in Glendale, California, within the United States and internationally.

Rates are shown in full at checkout before you pay. Most pieces ship at a flat standard rate ($15 on our general range). Larger and oversized pieces carry their own flat rates based on size and weight, and international orders are priced by the carrier (USPS, DHL or FedEx) at checkout. If a piece's shipping is included, you'll see an “Included” rate at checkout.

Returns

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or was sent by mistake, contact us at support@evisdesign.com within 10 days of delivery with your receipt and a description of the problem, and we'll make it right. If your return is accepted, we'll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted, and we don't offer exchanges.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. Full legal text: Refund policy.
